Hello; This photo is of My Dear Aunt Patty, who shared many moments with my mother, and further on in life, with me, while overlooking the grounds of the Cricket Club or of her forested balcony overlooking the Don Valley River, where we would share in memories of our lives, and to find inner calmness within us, from the moment we sat together, to the moment we hugged goodbye at the end of those lunches and afternoons together. She talked often of my mother, her beloved sister Beryl, and we shared in one common thought, always - "and love is all there is to life" - May we all be so fortunate to have shared that strength of love with Aunt Patty, and as I have always prayed for my mother, I now pray that Aunt Patty and my mother, are sharing stories in Heaven. She will be very sadly missed, and always close to my heart and in typical Aunt Patty style, I sign this note as Donny, her loving nephew.
In October of 2017, I drew a quick sketch f the memorial gardens, grounds, and paths that I created for my mom, and which I sent to Aunt Patty, a simple sketch which we talked about on a few occasions.I thought it fitting to include that sketch now, with the photo of her and mom, so that I can hold them both close together in my heart, and for others to feel that emotion, for now, and forever. Love, Donny
