Renee Soliman Shalaby Nashid
Renee was born in El Minya (Egypt) in 1924; after studying at Cairo university she embarked on a long career in education. She cherished her time as an English language teacher where generations of students considered her their role model and showed gratitude and appreciation for her. She moved to Canada in 2003.
Renee was pre-deceased by her husband Sami Nashid, her brothers Naguib Shalaby, Dr. Ernest Shalaby, Gen. Talaat Galaby, Kamal Shalaby and sister Laila Soliman.
Also affected by this passing are numerous relatives and friends.
